Career highlights: London Paralympics gold and 2 silver medals and competing at Grand Prix

 

1)    Which horse has been your Favourite to have ridden? Pinocchio - he's taken me so many places!

2)    If you could ride any horse in the world, past and present, who would it be? Damon Hill or of course Valegro

3)    When was the last time you fell off and what happened? A couple of weeks ago…I got bronked off a young horse going into canter… it hurt!

4)    What would you look for when buying a horse? Star quality but temperament with it

5)    Who has been the biggest influence in your career so far? My coach Angela Weiss 

6)    What do you like to do when you're not riding? We are saving for a house at the moment as we have recently got engaged, so of course looking at planning the wedding, even though it is a while off yet!

7)    What is your favourite Take-Away? Fish & Chips

8)    Where is your favourite show to compete at? Obviously Greenwich was incredible! But that won't happen again! I'd absolutely love to go back to Frankfurt, it was amazing!

9)    What was your highlight of 2012? London 2012! And the medals I won. But the experiences that went along with it all, entering the arena for the first time with the reaction from the crowd was just unreal.

10)    What are your aims for 2014? World Equestrian Games in Normandy, and to compete internationally at U25 Grand Prix

11)    What is your favourite WeatherBeeta rug and why? The WeatherBeeta Diamond Quilt 420D Combo Heavy it fits so well, is nice and snugly and warm and looks great. The necks are deep and long which is great for my dressage horses with big necks!
